A Visit To The Aquarium
The Aquarium is a popular aquatic facility within the Phuket Marine Biological Center, which is located at the South East coast.
The center has about 30 glass tanks that hold different types of marine life.
The biggest has a tunnel where you can walk and watch the fish and other species at a close range.If you are daring enough, you can also do some scuba diving.
Finding your way around is easy with the English speaking staff always happy and ready to help.
Moreover, the posters are done in English too. This is a perfect place to take your kids, and the entry fee is a modest 100 baht.

Go To The Fantasea
The Fantasea is a bright and colorful cultural theme park located at the Kamala beach at the center of the West coast of Phuket.
Because of its attractive architectural designs and entertainment packages, it has been nicknamed the Phuket’s Disneyland. The performing acrobats and elephants will make you forget the rain outside.
To get a complete feel, catch the pre-shows too. The performance is not the only thing that will make you want to visit again, the food is great too.

Visit the Phuket Thaihua Museum Or Phuket Mining Museum
You can also choose to hide from the rain in one of Phuket’s museums and not only learn a great deal about this island, but also let the antiquities that are kept here mesmerize you.
One museum to give you the right perspective of the island’s history, especially on the Chinese immigrants and the Portuguese influence, is Phuket thaihua museum located on Krabi Road.
The other is the Phuket Mining Museum located in Kathu on the road that connects The British international school and Palm Golf Club.
Mining has been an important part of Phuket’s history, and no other place explains this than this center.
Eat At Mom Tris And Watch The Weather And The Waves

There is no better way to appreciate food than to learn how it is prepared. Instead of sitting around and wondering when the rain will stop, you can grab this moment and learn how to prepare some of the Thai and European food you fancy.
There are several places in Phuket where you can find the best instructors to take you through a cooking class.
These locations include Pum Cooking School in Patong Beach daily, and Culinary Workshops at Mom Tri's Boathouse every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm.

Make A Tour To The Wat Chalong
Wat Chalong, located about 8 km south of the city, is the most important of the Buddhist temples in Phuket. It is dedicated to Luang Pho Chaem and Luang Pho Chuang who led people of Chalong in fighting Chinese rebels in 1876.
Some of the things that will capture your imagination here are the colors, Buddha images and architectural designs.
You can walk around inside the temple, admire its beauty or sit and meditate with the monks.Remember to dress appropriately for your visit.

Take A Taxi Around The Coast
Phuket’s coast can also be very beautiful when it is raining. To see this, you can take a taxi and drive along the coastal line.
However, before you hop into the taxi and begin your tour, make sure you have an idea of the places you want to visit, the distance you will cover and how much it will cost you.
Make sure you have a clear understanding with the taxi driver on these things before you set out on tour.
